Dear Dwellness: I am feeling very overwhelmed and am wondering if you have any tips on how to talk to children about the current situation.

With the summer months fading away and school starting up again my daughter has been particularly anxious about coronavirus. She has been asking me a lot of questions and I don’t want to induce any more anxiety with my answers. I am feeling very overwhelmed and am wondering if you have any tips on how to talk to children about the current situation.
