Beth Gladstone, LCSW, SIFI
Beth Gladstone (she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and a supervisor at Dwellness. She focuses on her clients’ strengths to help them achieve their identified goals. With an integrative approach, Beth aims to create a supportive, affirmative, and motivating relationship with clients to facilitate exploration, behavioral change, and emotional growth. While Beth works with clients of all ages, she is especially passionate about supporting adolescents, as well as individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. Beth utilizes an integrative and holistic therapeutic approach, in which she incorporates psychodynamic theory as well as a variety of evidence-based practice interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Behavioral Activation (BA).
Beth earned her Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Hunter College’s Silberman School of Social Work after graduating Cum Laude with a BA in Business, Organizations, and Society from Franklin & Marshall College. Beth worked as a therapist in Children & Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatry within NYC Health + Hospitals.
As a therapist, Beth has experience engaging clients of all ages experiencing a variety of obstacles related to mood and anxiety disorders, crisis, trauma, ADHD, eating disorders, substance abuse, gender and sexuality exploration, and life transitions.
